Credit Card Expiration Notice

Dear Cullman Electric Cooperative Member:

Your credit card set up for automatic draft payment will expire within the next month and could result in a late payment. To avoid any additional fees, please update your credit card information as outlined below.

Ways to Update Your Card Information

Visit Your Online Account

Visit https://billing.cullmanec.com/mcp/login
Select ‘Billing and Payments’ from the top menu and select ‘Draft Payment Options’ from this menu.
Select ‘Remove Draft’, select the authorization and select ‘Submit.’
Next, select ‘Set-up New Draft.’ Select the type of draft payment you want: ‘Credit Card Draft’ or ‘Bank Draft,’ agree to the authorization and select ‘Submit.’ You will be taken to a secure page to complete your new draft payment by entering your credit card or bank draft information.
Remember to do this for each of your accounts that are set-up on draft payment.

Complete and return the form found on our website under Automatic Draft.

Submit the completed form one of three ways:

Drop it by one of our office locations during regular business hours or in the drop box after hours
Mail the completed form to: Cullman Electric Cooperative, ATTN: Member Services, PO Box 1168, Cullman, AL 35056-1168
